INVL Partner Global Distressed Debt Fund I (hereinafter – the Sub-Fund) assets are invested in a fund managed by a third-party asset manager. That Sub-Fund’s (main) investment strategy is to acquire the discounted debt securities (often secured by assets) or bank loans of distressed companies.Returns are generated when issuers resolve liquidity and solvency problems and redeem securities at par value or perform capital restructuring by, for example, converting debt into equity.
